Review guidelines

Write about your own experience living in this building. Be factual and about the building, not a person. Don't name individuals (staff, neighbours, board members) or include unit numbers, phone numbers or other personal information. No hate, harassment or threats. No reviews of buildings you manage or have a business interest in.

How reviews are checked

Every review, and every edit to a review, is checked against these guidelines before it goes live. Most reviews go live within a few minutes. If a review might break these guidelines, we hold it until someone on our team has read it.

Good and bad reviews are treated the same. We never hold or remove a review just because it's negative. Kondo World is run by Chad Yehia, a registered real estate salesperson with HouseSigma Inc., Brokerage, who may have clients or listings in buildings reviewed here. Reviews are checked the same way for every building.

After a review is live

Anyone can report a review. We may hold, redact or remove reviews that break these guidelines or our Terms. See Report content / takedown for how reports are handled.
