Thomas Street just south of Bloor and west of Bay. New York's Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed it, with a hotel-style lobby at its base. Residents share an indoor pool, a gym, a party room and a games room. There are guest rooms for visitors, visitor parking and a car wash, and a 24-hour concierge is on duty. Fees include heat, water and air conditioning, plus building insurance and shared-space upkeep. Forest Hill Kipling manages the residences. Museum station is about four minutes on foot, Bay station about five, and the 19 Bay bus stops about three minutes away. Bloor Street's flagship stores and the galleries, restaurants and boutiques of Yorkville are a short walk, and the Royal Ontario Museum, the Gardiner Museum and Queen's Park are close by.
