The project turned a long-vacant hotel landmark into a residential tower behind the hotel's restored facade, keeping a familiar presence on one of the corridor's busiest corners. The Britt offers a gym, an outdoor pool and a party room, along with visitor parking. A 24-hour concierge works the desk there. Heat is included in the fees. Duka Property Management manages The Britt. The 94 Wellesley and 19 Bay buses stop at Bay and Wellesley a minute away, the 506 Carlton streetcar around two minutes, and Wellesley station is about six minutes on foot. From The Britt, Queen's Park and the university campus are a short walk west, with Yorkville a few minutes north.
