Mary tower of U Condominium is one of a pair of towers completed in 2016 at Bay Street and St. Mary Street, steps from the University of Toronto. The two towers share a base, one condominium and their amenities, with the Bay Street tower at 1080 Bay St. Residents have a gym, a sauna, a party room, a games room and a rooftop terrace, and there is visitor parking. A 24-hour concierge serves the St. Mary Street entrance. At the St. Mary tower, fees include heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. Shelter Canadian Properties manages the St. Mary tower. The 19 Bay bus stops at Bay and Charles about two minutes away, the 13 Avenue Road bus stops on Queen's Park Crescent, and Bay station is around six minutes on foot. Queen's Park and the Ontario Legislature are just to the west, and Yorkville is a few minutes north.
