It also uses the address 460 Front St E. Amenities are focused rather than sprawling: a gym, a party room, a business centre for working from home and a rooftop deck. Bike storage, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge are also part of the building. FirstService Residential handles management. Corktown Common, with its playgrounds, marsh and splash pad, is a few minutes east, Underpass Park and the Don River trails are close, and the Cooper Koo Family YMCA is nearby on Cherry Street. The Distillery District's shops and restaurants are just south. The 121 bus stops about two minutes from the door, and the 504 King streetcar is about four minutes away at Cherry and Front.
