It is one of the newest towers in the Charles Street cluster, a short walk from Yorkville and Bloor-Yonge station. Residents of 55C share a gym, a party room and a rooftop terrace, and there are guest rooms for visitors. Bloor-Yonge station, where the city's two main subway lines meet, is about six minutes on foot, the 19 Bay bus stops at Bay and Charles, and the 94 Wellesley bus and 506 Carlton streetcar run a few minutes south. Its address on Charles Street keeps it off the busiest stretch of Bloor while staying close to everything the street offers.
