281 Mutual St

The towers share one condo, landscaped grounds and a set of amenities, with townhouses along Mutual Street, and the site was once home to the CBC's headquarters. Shared facilities include a gym, a sauna, a party room and a games room. There are guest rooms and visitor parking, and each tower has its own concierge desk, staffed around the clock. Fees for the Radio City South Tower include heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. The 506 Carlton streetcar and the 94 Wellesley bus are each about three minutes away, and College station is roughly eight minutes on foot. The Church-Wellesley Village is right outside, and Cawthra Square Park and the Yonge Street strip are nearby.
