81 Navy Wharf Crt

Concord Adex completed it in 2003, and unlike most CityPlace towers it stands on its own, with amenities used only by its residents. The recreation area has an indoor pool with a whirlpool, a steam room, a fitness and weights room, a billiards lounge, a screening room and a party room, and it opens onto an outdoor terrace. Guest rooms, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge are provided. Fees are broad, including heat, hydro, water and air conditioning, together with building insurance and shared-space upkeep. For getting around, the 510 Spadina streetcar stops about two minutes away, the 509 Harbourfront and 504 King lines are each about eight, and Union Station is roughly 14 minutes on foot. The CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and the waterfront are all close, and the Gardiner is minutes away by car.
