A bridge high above the street joins it to 15 Iceboat Ter, and it is managed together with 151 Dan Leckie Way. Residents use the Parade amenity centre shared by all four buildings. A theatre with raised seats, billiards and table tennis, a wifi lounge, a conference room, a children's area and an outdoor lounge fill out the list, with a 24-hour concierge in the lobby. Fees include heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the care of shared spaces. The Spadina and Bathurst streetcars are each about five minutes on foot, Union Station is roughly 21 minutes away, and Sobeys and Loblaws are close.
