It is one of the earliest condo buildings in the area, built before the old distillery reopened as a pedestrian village. Residents have a party room and a rooftop terrace. At Lindenwood, fees cover heat, hydro, water, air conditioning, building insurance and maintenance of the shared areas. The 121 Esplanade-River bus stops at Mill and Trinity a minute away, the 504 King streetcar loops at the Distillery about three minutes on foot, and the 65 Parliament bus stops at Parliament and Mill. The Distillery's restored Victorian industrial buildings, galleries, cafés and restaurants are right on the doorstep, St. Lawrence Market and Old Town are a short walk west, and Corktown Common and the Don River trails are close by.
