About this building
The Goode is a new condominium tower by Graywood Developments, completed in 2025 at Parliament and Mill streets on the western edge of the Distillery District.

- Near the Christmas marketChristmas market
Its glass tower rises above a red-brick base that echoes the old industrial buildings around it, and the upper homes look out over the city and the lake. The 65 Parliament bus stops at Parliament and Mill about two minutes away, and the 504 King and 503 Kingston Road streetcars stop at King and Parliament around six minutes on foot. The Distillery District's car-free brick lanes, restored Victorian industrial buildings, galleries, cafés and restaurants are right on the doorstep, along with its well-known winter Christmas market. St. Lawrence Market and Old Town are a short walk west, and Corktown Common, the Don River trails and the waterfront are close by.
