It takes its name from the family behind the original Gooderham & Worts distillery and stands as a twin to Clear Spirit next door. The amenity list is long, with an outdoor pool, a gym, a yoga studio, a sauna, a theatre, a games room, a party room and a rooftop deck. Guest rooms, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge are also on hand. Monthly fees take in heat, water and air conditioning, along with building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. The Distillery District's car-free brick lanes, galleries, cafés and restaurants are on the doorstep, and its winter Christmas market draws crowds every year. The 504 King streetcar loops about a minute away, St. Lawrence Market is a short walk west, and Corktown Common and the Don River trails are close by.
