The rooftop deck has barbecues. Guest rooms, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge are part of the building. Fees include heat, building insurance and upkeep of the shared areas. Horizon Property Management runs the building. Coronation Park and the waterfront trail are just across Lake Shore Boulevard, and the Fleet Street streetcar stops about four minutes away on foot. Fort York and the shops on Bathurst Street are an easy walk east.
