It was the first building in Onni's Fort York community, which later added The Yards, Local and Fortune on the nearby blocks. Residents have a gym, a yoga room and a sauna, along with a games room, a media room and a party room. A rooftop deck with barbecues gives outdoor space, and there are guest rooms, visitor parking and a staffed front desk in the lobby. The fees pay for heat, water and air conditioning, plus building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway, the public space under the Gardiner, are a short walk, as is the Fort York library branch. The 511 Bathurst streetcar stops about two minutes away and the Fleet Street line about four. The big Loblaws at Bathurst and Lake Shore covers groceries.
