Designed by Quadrangle and completed in 2015, it is joined to its twin on Grand Magazine Street by a shared base, and townhomes line the surrounding streets. Its look takes cues from art deco cruise ships. Residents of both towers share an outdoor pool, a fitness centre with a sauna, a media room and a recreation room, a party room, a meeting room and guest rooms. There's also an outdoor patio with barbecues, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge. The 509 Harbourfront and 511 Bathurst streetcars stop at Fleet and Bastion about two minutes away. The tower overlooks June Callwood Park and is a short walk from the lake, Fort York and The Bentway, and groceries are close by at Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard.
