252 Church is a recently completed CentreCourt tower on the west side of Church Street just south of Dundas, at the southern edge of the Toronto Metropolitan University campus.

It is one of the newest towers in the Garden District. Residents share a gym, a party room, a media room and a games room, and there are guest rooms for visitors. 252 Church keeps a concierge at the desk 24 hours a day. The 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton streetcars both stop at Dundas and Church a minute away, TMU station is about five minutes on foot, and the 75 Sherbourne bus stops at Sherbourne and Dundas. The Mattamy Athletic Centre, in the former Maple Leaf Gardens, is a short walk north up Church Street. Yonge-Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre are a short walk west, and St. Michael's Hospital and the restaurants along Church Street are nearby.
