Patrick Street, south of Dundas Street West. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the community is named for its winding pedestrian alley, a new walkway that links the two streets and is lined with shops, cafés and art. The condo also uses the addresses 234 and 238 Simcoe St and 121 St Patrick St. Residents share a gym, an outdoor pool and a party room. Artists' Alley fees include building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces, and Duka Property Management manages the building. St. Patrick station is about four minutes on foot, the 505 Dundas streetcar is about three, and the 501 Queen about five. The Art Gallery of Ontario and Grange Park are a short walk west, and the University Avenue hospitals are just east.
