Two connected wings are set around a landscaped garden courtyard with a quiet garden entrance, which gives it a private, residential feel for a building on the Quay. Residents have an exercise room, a hot tub, a sauna and a party room, along with a 24-hour concierge and visitor parking. The fees cover heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and shared-space upkeep. FirstService Residential is in charge of management. The 509 Harbourfront and 510 Spadina streetcars both stop about four minutes away, the Bathurst line is around six, and Union Station is roughly 24 minutes on foot.
