It is really two connected towers, one at 55 Harbour Sq and one at 65 Harbour Sq, each with its own lobby and its own 24-hour concierge. Residents have an indoor pool, a sauna, a gym, a squash court and a games room, plus visitor parking. The fees are broad, covering heat, hydro, water and air conditioning, as well as building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. FirstService Residential manages the property. The ferry terminal for the Toronto Islands is at the foot of Bay Street, and Harbour Square Park and the boardwalk are right outside. The 509 and 510 streetcars stop about three minutes away, Union Station is about 11 minutes on foot, and Scotiabank Arena and the PATH are a short walk north.
