About this building
460 Queens Quay W, known as Kings Landing, is a building completed in 1988 beside the Toronto Music Garden.

- By the Toronto Music GardenMusic Garden
- Tennis court and poolTennis court
- Terraces facing the lakeLake terraces
It was designed by Arthur Erickson, the architect of Roy Thomson Hall, and steps back as it rises so that its terraces face south over the lake. The National Ballet of Canada's Walter Carsen Centre is part of the same complex, and the building also uses the address 480 Queens Quay W. Harbour Quay Construction was the builder. Amenities are simple but useful: an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym and a tennis court, with a 24-hour concierge in the lobby. Fees include water, building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. The Music Garden, Little Norway Park and the Martin Goodman Trail are right outside, and Billy Bishop airport sits at the foot of Bathurst Street. The 509 and 510 streetcars stop about two minutes away for rides along Queens Quay or up Spadina.
