The two towers are run as one building and share their amenities. Residents have an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a full gym, and a rooftop deck looks across the harbour to the Toronto Islands. Guest rooms, bike storage, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge are also on offer. Fees cover a lot: heat, hydro, water and air conditioning are included, along with building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. Harbourfront Centre hosts galleries, summer festivals and a winter skating rink, and the boardwalk runs along the Quay. The 509 and 510 streetcars head east to Union Station, where you can switch to the subway, GO trains or the PATH, and the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre are a short walk north.
