208 Queens Quay W is the second Waterclub tower, finished by the Kolter Group in 2004 on the harbour side of the complex, facing Queens Quay West and looking across the water toward the Toronto Islands.

It shares its amenities with the other two Waterclub towers at 8 York St and 218 Queens Quay W. There are two pools, one indoors for year-round swimming and one outside for summer, along with a sauna, a full gym, a party room, a library lounge and billiards. Barbecues, furnished guest rooms and a 24-hour concierge round it out. This tower's fees are especially broad, covering heat, hydro, water and air conditioning, plus building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. The boardwalk runs right in front, Harbourfront Centre's galleries, festivals and skating rink are a short walk, and the 509 and 510 streetcars stop about two minutes away. Union Station is roughly ten minutes on foot.
