One of the early King West projects of its kind, it mixes concrete, wood and glass in a clean modern style that sits comfortably among the older warehouse buildings. Being a boutique building, 66 Portland keeps its shared spaces simple. There is visitor parking for guests. The 504 King streetcar stops at King and Portland a minute away, and the 511 Bathurst streetcar stops at Bathurst and King about four minutes on foot. Victoria Memorial Square is around the corner, and the King West restaurants and nightlife are steps away.
