501 Adelaide St W

Hariri Pontarini Architects gave the condo a warm red-brick face on Adelaide Street, beside a glass office building, restored heritage buildings and brick-paved lanes that cut through the block. The building also uses the address 620 King St W. Residents have a rooftop terrace, a gym, a media room, a party room, a business centre and a meeting room, and there's a concierge desk and visitor parking. Kingly's fees include building insurance and shared-space upkeep. City Sites Property Management is the manager. The 504 King streetcar stops about three minutes away and the 511 Bathurst about four. Queen Street West is a block or two north, King West's restaurants are just south, and Victoria Memorial Square is a short walk.
