Canderel converted the designated heritage building into lofts, keeping more than nine-tenths of its ornate original facade, and the conversion was completed in 2003. Interiors were designed by Cecconi Simone. The 504 King streetcar stops at King and Strachan a minute away, the 63 Ossington bus stops at Strachan and Canniff, the 501 Queen streetcar stops at Queen and Strachan about six minutes on foot, and the 29 Dufferin bus runs from the Princes' Gates loop. The cafés, restaurants and shops of King Street West and Liberty Village are a short walk away. The galleries and shops of Queen Street West are a few blocks north, and Exhibition GO station is within walking distance for trains to Union Station.
