27 Bathurst St

Its white, cube-like facades and gridded windows reinterpret the area's old warehouses, and the two towers rise from a shared base with a stone-clad lobby. Residents of both towers share an outdoor pool, a rooftop deck, a gym, a party room and a games room. There are also guest rooms, bike storage, visitor parking and a concierge desk. Fees for the Bathurst tower include building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. FirstService Residential manages it. A Farm Boy grocery store is steps away, and the 511 Bathurst streetcar stops about a minute from the door. The Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway are a short walk west, the restaurants of King West are a few blocks north, and the Rogers Centre and the waterfront are within walking distance.
