111 Bathurst St

Its brick base and stacked glass boxes are a modern take on the old warehouses of the area, and shops and offices fill the lower levels. Amenities are simple: residents share a rooftop deck and a party room, there are guest rooms for visitors, and a concierge desk is in the lobby. The fees take in building insurance and shared-space upkeep. Goldview Property Management looks after the property. What stands out is the location. Victoria Memorial Square is around the corner, and King West's restaurants, cafés and nightlife are steps away. The 511 Bathurst streetcar stops about a minute from the door and the 504 King about two. Fort York and Stanley Park are a short walk west, and the shops of Queen Street West are a few blocks north.
