Harhay Developments converted the old commercial building into residential lofts at the end of the 1990s, and it has been a condominium since 2000. The lofts have tall ceilings, many with skylights, and the uppermost homes are laid out over several levels with private terraces. It is a small, quiet building with an elevator and underground parking, and no shared amenity rooms. The fees at Tecumseth Lofts pay for water, building insurance and maintenance of the shared areas. The 504 King streetcar stops at King and Tecumseth a minute away, and the 511 Bathurst streetcar is about four minutes on foot. The bars, restaurants and shops of the King West strip are right outside, and Stanley Park, Victoria Memorial Square and Fort York are all a short walk away.
