The red-brick warehouse dates to around 1915 and was long home to Monarch Belting, a maker of industrial conveyor belts, before CityScape Development converted it to lofts; the City designated it a heritage property in 2007. The building has bike storage for residents. The 510 Spadina streetcar stops at Spadina and Front about five minutes away, and the 504 King streetcar stops at King and Portland. Clarence Square and Victoria Memorial Square are both a short walk away, the restaurants and bars of the King West strip are right around the corner, and TIFF Bell Lightbox and the Entertainment District theatres are a few blocks east. St. Andrew station is within walking distance.
