About this building
Twenty Niagara is a small modern loft building completed in 1999 by Intraurban Projects and Cohen & Alter Developments on Niagara Street, facing Victoria Memorial Square.

It was designed by Wallman Clewes Bergman, the firm that became architectsAlliance, and was one of the first new-build loft projects in the area, with a white concrete frame, wide glass walls and generous balconies looking over the park. The lofts are known for very high ceilings, big corner windows, gas fireplaces and deep balconies. With no large amenity spaces, it has a quiet, private feel that suits owners who want a smaller building. The 511 Bathurst streetcar stops at Bathurst and Niagara about two minutes away, and the 504 King streetcar is around four minutes on foot. The King West restaurants and nightlife are a short walk north, and Fort York and Stanley Park are close by to the west.
