It was the first of Monarch's three buildings on the block, followed by Zip and Vibe. Battery Park houses the pool club that the Monarch buildings share, with an indoor pool, a whirlpool and steam rooms, and Zip residents reach it by an enclosed bridge. There's also a gym, a party room and a meeting room, as well as guest rooms, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge desk. Fees include heat and water, along with building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. The building faces Liberty Village Park, and the Metro grocery store and the Liberty Market Building are a few minutes away. The 63 Ossington bus stops about two minutes away, the 504 King streetcar about seven, and Exhibition GO is within walking distance.
