51 East Liberty St

It was the first of two matching towers, and its twin, Liberty Central by the Lake 2, joined it a few years later through a shared base. Residents have a pool, a whirlpool, a gym and a yoga and pilates studio, plus a media room, a party room and a meeting room. There's a rooftop terrace and an outdoor patio, along with guest rooms, visitor parking and a staffed lobby. Heat, water and air conditioning are included in the fees, together with building insurance and shared-space upkeep. FirstService Residential manages Liberty Central. The 63 Ossington bus stops about three minutes away, the 504 King and 509 Harbourfront streetcars are about seven, and Exhibition GO is walkable for trains to Union Station. Liberty Village Park is close.
