It forms a small complex with Bliss next door at 55 East Liberty St and the TownLofts, and all three share amenities. Residents can swim in an indoor pool, unwind in a whirlpool and work out in the gym. A party room, a meeting room and a rooftop deck with barbecues are good for get-togethers. The complex also has guest rooms, a car wash bay, bike storage, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge. Fees cover heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. FirstService Residential is the property manager. The Liberty Market Building, Liberty Village Park and a large Metro grocery store are all a few minutes away on foot. The 63 Ossington bus stops about two minutes from the door, and the 504 King streetcar and Exhibition GO are both walkable.
