43 Hanna Ave

The project kept much of the old factory's industrial character and was named Project of the Year by the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association. Residents have a gym, a sauna, a media room, a party room and a business centre with a meeting room. The rooftop deck has barbecues and city views, and there are guest rooms, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge. Heat, water and air conditioning are covered by the fees, along with building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. FirstService Residential oversees the building. The Liberty Market Building is just down Hanna Avenue, and Lamport Stadium is nearby. The 63 Ossington bus stops about two minutes away, the 504 King streetcar is about five, and Exhibition GO is within walking distance.
