The tower also uses 191 and 197 Redpath Ave, and it shares its base and amenities with the North Tower on Broadway Avenue. Citylights South residents have a gym, an outdoor pool, a party room and a rooftop terrace, and there are guest rooms and a 24-hour concierge. Fees for the South Tower include water, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces. Taft Forward Property Management manages the building. The 103 and 74 Mount Pleasant buses stop on Eglinton about three minutes away, Mount Pleasant station is about six minutes on foot, and Eglinton station about ten. Quiet residential streets run between Yonge Street and Mount Pleasant Road around the building, and the shops and restaurants of Yonge and Eglinton are a short walk west.
