It sits on a residential street north of Eglinton Avenue, a few blocks from the midtown shopping strip. Residents have a gym, an indoor pool, a party room, a media room and a rooftop terrace, and there is visitor parking and bike storage. A 24-hour concierge watches the 88 Broadway entrance. Heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces are covered in the monthly fees. The 88 On Broadway is run by FirstService Residential. The 103 Mount Pleasant North bus stops at Mount Pleasant and Broadway about five minutes away, the 74 Mount Pleasant bus stops at Eglinton and Redpath, and Mount Pleasant station is around eight minutes on foot. The shops of Yonge and Eglinton are a short walk west, and Sherwood Park's ravine trails are a short trip north.
