25 Broadway Ave

It is paired with a sister tower, The Republic South Tower, at 70 Roehampton Ave. Residents share a gym, a sauna, a party room, a media room and a rooftop terrace, and there are guest rooms and visitor parking. A 24-hour concierge oversees the Broadway Avenue entrance. Monthly fees here cover water, building insurance and care of the shared spaces. Del Property Management handles the management of The Republic North Tower. Eglinton station is about eight minutes away on foot, the 103 Mount Pleasant North bus stops at Mount Pleasant and Broadway, and the 74 Mount Pleasant bus stops at Eglinton and Redpath. The shops, cinemas and restaurants of Yonge and Eglinton are a short walk west, and the quiet side streets between Yonge Street and Mount Pleasant Road surround the building.
