Scott Shields Architects designed the twin towers, with limestone-coloured stone, dark glass and curving balconies on the lake-facing south sides. A colourful public artwork by Jennifer Macklem, called Motion in Air, covers the north wall facing the Gardiner Expressway. Del Property Management manages Mirabella West. The 80 Queensway bus stops about three minutes away, and the 501 Queen streetcar and 77 Swansea bus are about five. Sunnyside Beach and the Martin Goodman Trail are just across Lake Shore Boulevard, and High Park is close by to the north.
