20 Scrivener Sq

It is one of two Thornwood buildings on the square, a small enclave set back from Yonge Street. Residents have a gym, a party room and a games room, and there are guest rooms for visitors, visitor parking and bike storage. A 24-hour concierge works the desk at Thornwood One. Heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and care of the shared spaces come with the condo fees. FirstService Residential handles the management of Thornwood One. Summerhill station is about four minutes on foot, the 82 Rosedale bus runs from Rosedale station, and the 13 Avenue Road bus stops at Avenue and Cottingham. The shops and restaurants along this stretch of Yonge Street are close by, Rosedale station is a short trip south, and the ravine trails of David Balfour Park are a walk away.
