Tridel describes a fitness centre with a spin studio and a sauna, and the outdoor pool and lounge are the centrepiece of the amenity level. The 65 Parliament and 94 Wellesley buses stop about three minutes away, Sherbourne station is about five minutes on foot, and Castle Frank station is also close. The Rosedale ravines and the Don Valley trails are a short walk east and north, and the shops of Bloor Street and Yorkville are only a few subway stops west.
