Cityzen Development Group built it with Fernbrook Homes and Castlepoint Numa, and it was completed in 2015. Its crescent shape makes it one of the most recognizable homes on the downtown skyline. Residents have a gym, a yoga studio, an indoor pool, a sauna, a party room and a media room. For visitors there are guest rooms and parking, and a 24-hour concierge staffs the lobby. Fees include heat, water and air conditioning, together with building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. Del Property Management runs the property. King subway station is about four minutes on foot, Union Station is close by for GO trains and the PATH, and the 121 bus stops right outside. St. Lawrence Market, Berczy Park and the restaurants along The Esplanade are a few minutes away.
