Lawrence Condominiums, a glass tower by Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes completed in 2022 on the north side of Front Street East near Sherbourne Street. It brought a new generation of towers to the east end of the market strip. Residents share a gym, an outdoor pool, a party room, a games room and a rooftop terrace. There are guest rooms and a 24-hour concierge. Fees for St. Lawrence Condominiums include building insurance and the upkeep of the shared spaces. Forest Hill Kipling manages the tower. The 75 Sherbourne bus stops about a minute away, the 504 King streetcar is about two minutes north, and the 121 bus is about three. St. Lawrence Market is a few minutes' walk west, and Berczy Park, the Flatiron Building and the cafés of The Esplanade are close by. King station is roughly eleven minutes on foot.
