It backs onto its sister building, The French Quarter, at 120 Lombard St, and the two share a quiet pocket of Old Town between Church and Jarvis. Residents have a gym, a party room and a rooftop terrace, and there is visitor parking for guests. Fees include heat, hydro, water, air conditioning, building insurance and the upkeep of shared spaces, so most monthly utilities are covered in one payment. The 501 Queen streetcar stops at Queen and Jarvis about two minutes away, the 504 King streetcar is a few minutes south, and Queen station is around seven minutes on foot. St. James Park, the cathedral and the stalls of St. Lawrence Market are all within an easy walk.
