It reuses a historic building on Lombard Street, pairing heritage details with modern finishes. As a small heritage building, it offers a quieter, more intimate setting than the tower beside it, on a narrow downtown street a block from Yonge Street. Queen station is about four minutes on foot, the 501 Queen streetcar stops at Church and Richmond, and the 504 King and 503 Kingston Road streetcars stop at King and Yonge. The Financial District, the PATH and the Eaton Centre are a short walk west, and St. James Cathedral and its park are close by. King station is also within a few minutes' walk, and St. Lawrence Market is a short stroll south.
