Residents moved in from 2026. The building was designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, and its wave-like balconies and bold red fins are a nod to the area's industrial past. It also uses the address 180 Front St E. Inside, residents have a gym, a party room, a media room, a games room, a business centre and a children's playroom. The lobby has a round-the-clock concierge. Menres Property Management runs the building. St. Lawrence Market and the restaurants along Front Street and The Esplanade are a short walk west, and the Distillery District is a few minutes east. The 75 Sherbourne bus stops right outside, the 504 King streetcar is about two minutes away, and King subway station is roughly 13 minutes on foot.
