Residents share a gym, a party room, a media room and a rooftop terrace. Guest rooms, visitor parking and round-the-clock concierge service are also offered. Fees take care of heat, water, air conditioning, building insurance and shared-space upkeep. The tower is managed by FirstService Residential. Old Town's brick warehouse blocks surround the building, with St. James Park, St. Lawrence Market and the design showrooms of King Street East all close by. The King and Kingston Road streetcars stop about three minutes away, the 75 Sherbourne bus about five, and King station is roughly nine minutes on foot. George Brown College and the Distillery District are an easy walk east.
