The fees are all-inclusive, covering heat, hydro, water, air conditioning, building insurance and upkeep of the shared spaces. Shelter Canadian Properties manages Yorktown on the Park. The 121 bus stops about a minute from the door, the 75 Sherbourne about two, and the 504 King streetcar is about five minutes north. David Crombie Park's playgrounds, sports courts and gardens are right outside, and St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery District and the waterfront are all within walking distance.
