About
About this building
The Loretto is a hard-loft conversion completed in 2007 on Brunswick Avenue near Dupont Street, created from a historic institutional building.
- Historic loft conversionHard lofts
- Quiet Annex side streetAnnex setting
- Walk to Casa LomaNear Casa Loma
- Bike storage and gymBike storage
Its lofts keep much of the original architecture, giving homes here a character that new towers rarely match. Facilities include a gym and a party room, and there is visitor parking and bike storage. A 24-hour concierge looks after the Loretto lobby. The condo fees take care of water, building insurance and upkeep of the shared areas. YL Hendler manages the building. Spadina station is about six minutes away on foot, the 7 Bathurst bus stops at Bathurst and Barton, and the 127 Davenport bus stops at Spadina and Lowther. The residential streets of the Annex surround the building, Casa Loma is a short walk north-west, and the Bloor Street shops and restaurants are a few blocks south, with Bathurst station a little farther along Line 2.
