1200 Dundas St W

It sits a short walk from the Ossington strip. Residents share a gym, a party room, a media room, a games room and a rooftop terrace, and there is bike storage. The 505 Dundas streetcar and the 63 Ossington bus both stop at Dundas and Ossington about two minutes away, and the 29 Dufferin bus stops at Dufferin and Dundas. Ossington station is around twenty-three minutes on foot, so most residents ride north on the Ossington bus. Ossington Avenue's cafés and restaurants are steps from the door, and Trinity Bellwoods Park is a short walk to the east. Dundas streetcars and Ossington buses connect the building to downtown and the Bloor subway line.
