It is one of the newest and most exclusive addresses in the neighbourhood. Facilities include a gym, a yoga studio and a sauna. Concierge staff are at the desk around the clock. The 19 Bay bus stops at Bay and Davenport a minute away, Bay station is about four minutes on foot, and Bloor-Yonge station is around six minutes away.
